Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and ensure data accuracy. Perform order picking and packing with precision to fulfill customer orders promptly while maintaining quality standards. Manage shipping logistics by preparing shipments, verifying shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery. Conduct stock replenishment activities including stocking shelves and organizing inventory in accordance with warehouse distribution protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote safety and operational efficiency. Support inventory management efforts through regular cycle counts, data entry, and reconciliation of stock discrepancies. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and inventory management is highly desirable. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (such as ERP or AS400), Microsoft Office applications, and inventory management software is advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or order pickers is a plus; certification is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of trade compliance and international trade regulations can be beneficial for supporting global distribution efforts. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills will help ensure smooth warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.
