Warehouse Worker/Order Selector

Job Overview: As a Warehouse Worker/Order Selector at our Transportation Service Company, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will be responsible for selecting products from inventory, verifying order accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Accurately and efficiently pick products from warehouse shelves and storage locations using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-pick technology. Assemble customer orders, verify item numbers, descriptions, and quantities against order documents. Pack and secure items appropriately for safe transport, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Warehouse Operations: Receive, inspect, and put away incoming stock, verifying counts and reporting discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including aisles, racks, and packing stations. Participate in regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
