Warehouse Worker/Order Picker

EAB Tool Company ( www.exchangeablade.com ) is currently looking to hire General Warehouse and Pickers/Receivers to join our growing Delta (Annacis Island) facility. Our pioneering exchange and recycling program enables power tool users not only to save money with our ‘buy it, exchange it, and save’ program, but also to reduce their effects on the environment. Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, day shift (unionized positions) Hourly rate: This is a unionized warehouse with wages starting at$18.25 - $22.00 hour, based on experience. The Company offers a competitive benefits plan, pension plan, annual attendance bonus and excellent working conditions. Duties and Responsibilities: Off loading, sorting, and receiving containers. Picking orders and transferring stock to shelves. Operating a Forklift. Shipping/receiving. Other general warehouse duties as required. Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Forklift license is an asset. Shipping/receiving experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced production/warehouse environment. Comfortable multi-tasking. Have strong attention to detail and self-motivate. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Positive attitude, solid work ethic and attendance are essential. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Warehouse scanning software). Understand and follow all safety requirements.
