Warehouse Worker Multiple Shifts Cooler/Freezer area Heavy Lifting

Job Summary We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team across multiple shifts in the Repack, Dry, Cooler and Freezer areas. This role is essential for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including heavy lifting, inventory management, and materials handling. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks & reach trucks. Perform heavy lifting tasks safely in cooler and freezer environments, adhering to all safety regulations. Manage inventory control by accurately picking, stocking, and organizing products using warehouse management systems. Support order fulfillment processes by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipping and receiving. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse areas to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and reporting discrepancies or issues promptly to supervisors. Skills Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management is highly desirable. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments. Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations including PPE use and heavy equipment operation. Experience in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, or warehouse supervision is a plus. Ability to work effectively across multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
