Warehouse Worker/Material Handler

Squire Boone Village is looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. This is an active warehouse position focused on safely moving materials and inventory, operating forklifts, unloading containers, and loading and delivering products. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm. Responsibilities Operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks to move, load, unload, and store materials and finished products. Receive incoming materials and move inventory to appropriate warehouse locations. Unload shipping containers, including manually handling boxes and materials. Pull and stage materials for production and other departments. Load and unload company trucks and delivery vehicles. Drive company box trucks with both manual and automatic transmissions for local deliveries and pickups. Palletize, wrap, stage, and prepare products for shipment or transportation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow company safety and food-safety procedures. Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, material-handling, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred. Forklift experience required; stand-up forklift and reach truck experience strongly preferred. Experience unloading containers and handling palletized and non-palletized materials. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Ability to drive both manual- and automatic-transmission box trucks. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, push, pull, and lift as needed. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
