Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as skid steer; forklift, lawn mowers, weed whacker, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes using warehouse management systems and inventory management. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials with manual handling techniques and heavy lifting safety protocols. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, arranging materials, and performing routine maintenance or repairs as needed. Follow safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE use to prevent accidents; conduct safety inspections regularly. Assist with warehouse management tasks such as inventory management software updates, order fulfillment accuracy, and logistics coordination. Support warehouse supervision by adhering to established procedures for shipping & receiving, order picking, packaging, and overall warehouse operations. Experience Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution and logistics processes. Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts (including certification), cherry pickers, cranes, or similar heavy machinery. Knowledge of inventory management systems and software used for tracking stock levels and order processing. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following OSHA safety guidelines. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or managing warehouse operations is a plus but not required. Strong basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and data entry tasks.
