Warehouse Associate & Frame Cutter About Us We are a growing picture framing wholesaler supplying custom framers, galleries, and retailers with moulding, and framing hardware. We're a small, close-knit team that takes pride in getting accurate orders out the door on time. We're looking for a hands-on person to join our warehouse and cutting operations. The Role This is a split position. Most days you'll divide your time between the warehouse floor and the cutting station, where you'll cut moulding and other framing materials to customer specifications. If you like practical, precise work and want to learn a trade skill, this is a great fit. What You'll Do Frame cutting Cut moulding, glass, and backing to exact customer specifications using chopsaws, and glass cutting equipment Measure carefully and double-check cut lists to minimize waste and errors Inspect finished cuts for quality, including clean corners, tight joins, and no chips or scratches Maintain and adjust cutting equipment, and keep your station clean and safe Warehouse duties Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping Keep stock organized and help with periodic inventory counts Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe What We're Looking For Required Strong attention to detail and comfort working with precise measurements (reading a tape measure to 1/8" or finer) Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods Reliability, punctuality, and a good work ethic Willingness to follow safety procedures around power equipment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred (but not essential) Previous experience in picture framing, woodworking, cabinetry, or a similar trade Experience with chopsaws, or other cutting equipment Warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience Don't have framing experience? We will train the right person. A careful, dependable attitude matters more than a résumé.
