Warehouse Worker / Packager / Forklift Operator Location: Naples, FL Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7AM - 5PM | No nights Job Overview Gulf Coast Flooring Distributor is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker / Packager / Forklift Operator to join our team at our Naples, FL location. Team-oriented, hands-on work environment Supportive coworkers and leadership Continuous improvement and organized operations Pride in quality service and products Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup Assist with loading delivery trucks Receive shipments, log inventory, and conduct inventory audits Communicate effectively with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups Safely operate a forklift, maintain certification, complete safety checks, and report any issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (up to 100 lbs) Prior forklift experience required Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Work Location: In person Work Location: In person Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
