Warehouse Worker/Fork Truck Operator

Job Overview Spectrum Logistics is a locally owned company seeking a Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator who is responsible for maintaining the warehouse facility, loading/unloading trucks, box-off and general warehouse duties. This is a full-time, first shift position at our Evansville, Indiana warehouse. First Shift! Paid Weekly!! Nice, Clean Warehouse Primary Responsibilities: Load/Unload (box-off) plastic pellets from truck or container Operate fork truck to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Put together boxes to load plastic pellets from bin. Prepare or pre-stage orders for shipment according to customer specifications. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts. Load and unload dry van and/or pneumatic containers as necessary. Ensure all products are stored in the correct locations and organized in a manner that optimizes space and accessibility. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of warehouse and operating a fork truck experience a must. Ability to operate fork trucks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to details. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 40-50+ lbs) as required. Ability to maintain clean work environment. Other duties as assigned.
