Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of goods. Perform accurate order picking and packing using inventory management software and ERP systems to prepare items for shipment. Maintain precise inventory records through data entry and inventory management systems like Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400. Ensure proper stocking, packaging, and labeling of products in accordance with shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations. Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to verify inventory accuracy and support effective warehouse distribution. Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping logistics, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment deadlines. Operate equipment such as load & unload trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity using warehouse management systems and inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and logistics processes. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus. Excellent data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
