Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment to ensure quick turnaround times. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking systems and inventory management software to maintain accuracy. Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies through data entry and inventory management systems such as ERP or AS400. Organize stock in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper stocking procedures are followed for easy retrieval and safety compliance. Coordinate shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, verifying trade compliance standards, and scheduling pickups with carriers. Operate warehouse equipment safely including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of shipments, inventory movements, and warehouse activities to support efficient warehouse operations. Requirements Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, or ERP systems like AS400. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities accurately. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification preferred but not mandatory. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations is a plus. Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
