Job Description
This role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and shipping online customer orders in a fast-paced distribution center. You prepare and complete orders, handle materials throughout the shift, and use warehouse technology to ensure all outbound shipments are processed correctly and on time.

by loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping products, periodically lifting up to 50 lbs and up to 75 lbs as required.
• Pick, pack, and ship online customer orders with consistent speed and accuracy to meet daily productivity goals.
• Stand, bend, and lift for 810 hours per shift while performing material handling and order fulfillment tasks.
• Ensure all outbound shipments are properly labeled, packaged, and documented according to established procedures.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to locate inventory, confirm picks, and track orders.
• Perform inventory-related tasks such as scanning, counting, and verifying stock levels as directed.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely within racking zones and processing areas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
