Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of goods Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing processes Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software Assist in stock replenishment and stocking activities to optimize warehouse layout and product availability Support shipping and receiving operations by preparing items for shipment according to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations Conduct regular inventory counts and data entry tasks to uphold inventory accuracy and facilitate efficient order fulfillment Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse operations, adhere to safety protocols, and meet logistical deadlines Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus Familiarity with shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and load & unload procedures Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation to support internal teams and external partners Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is advantageous but not required Embark on a career that keeps the wheels turning!
