Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Warehouse Worker/Driver to join our fast-paced logistics team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse distribution, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. Duties Safely operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, cranes, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving processes using inventory management software and warehouse management systems. Assist with stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment following OSHA safety regulations and safety protocol adherence. Drive company vehicles to deliver products to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards. Conduct manual handling of materials with proper techniques for heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge of material handling equipment operation. Support warehouse management by participating in inventory audits, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies or damages promptly. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all tasks to maintain a safe workplace environment. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklift trucks, cherry pickers, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes including order fulfillment, stocking, packaging, shipping & receiving. Familiarity with inventory management software and warehouse management systems like AS400 or similar platforms. Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and proper use of PPE for heavy lifting and materials handling. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues related to heavy equipment operation. Excellent manual handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for inventory counting and measurements. Previous experience in warehouse supervision or logistics roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Join us in a role where your energy fuels our success!
