Warehouse Worker / Dock Sorter – Nationwide Disaster Relief Deployment Pay: $25 per hour Job Type: Temporary Location: Nationwide travel assignments Strategic Partner Solutions (SPS) is recruiting dependable warehouse workers and dock sorters ready to travel nationwide and mobilize on short notice for disaster-response logistics assignments. Help unload, sort, stage, and move disaster-relief supplies at staging yards and cross-dock locations. PAY & SCHEDULE $25/hour for day and night shifts. Overtime at $37.50/hour after 40 hours in a workweek. Planned 12-hour day and night shifts. Each employee will be assigned to one shift. Work may be scheduled up to 7 days a week. Longer assignments may transition to 8-hour shifts. Must be available for extended hours, nights, weekends, and assignments lasting several weeks. Final schedule and assignment duration will be confirmed before deployment. RESPONSIBILITIES Load and unload supplies using approved methods. Sort, organize, and stage materials for shipment. Check labels and report damaged or misplaced supplies. Keep work areas clear and follow site safety instructions. REQUIREMENTS Warehouse, shipping, receiving, loading, or material-handling experience preferred. Ability to perform physical material-handling work safely. Ready to travel nationwide on short notice. Reliable transportation and dependable phone communication. Ability to work safely around equipment and in changing weather conditions. Complete required background screening, drug testing, and onboarding. Meet applicable federal-contract eligibility requirements. Veterans and transitioning service members are encouraged to apply.
