Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the daily operations of our warehouse, including as a delivery driver. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, fulfilling customer orders, stocking materials accurately, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. This position requires a kind, honest, reliable, and positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Shipping: Efficiently pick and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Receiving: Unload trucks containing door sections and hardware, and ensure all items are accounted for and undamaged. Inventory Management: Stock incoming materials in their designated locations and maintain inventory accuracy. Delivery: Drive a box truck, ensuring prompt and safe delivery of products. Maintenance: Perform housekeeping duties in the warehouse and on vehicles to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace. Objectives: Support daily warehouse operations with efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to team efforts in achieving departmental goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Uphold the company's standards for quality, safety, and productivity while maintaining our core values of integrity, fairness, and kindness. Daily Responsibilities: Load and unload goods from trucks, verifying quantities and quality of received products. Pull and pack products from inventory to meet precise customer order specifications. Maintain and clean warehouse areas and equipment, including vehicles, to promote a safe and efficient work environment. Participate in team meetings and training, aiming for continuous improvement in all operational areas. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds overhead. Experience driving a small box truck. Forklift operation experience. Certification preferred. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are advantageous. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving and driving experience. Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. Positive attitude and reliability, with a commitment to team success. Effective communication skills, capable of working well in a dynamic team environment.
