This position involves delivering and setting up furniture in customers’ homes while providing excellent customer service. Also, a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members. Responsibilities Warehouse - unloading trucks and organizing/storing merchandise. Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring all items are secured properly for transit. Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers during deliveries. Floor Work & Presentation: Maintain clean, straight aisles and floor layouts. Ensure walkways, product displays, and rugs are properly aligned, hazard-free, and kept clear from underneath furniture or heavy inventory. General Housekeeping & Restrooms: Keep all common areas, workspaces, and employee restrooms clean, sanitized, and fully stocked. Take pride in keeping the facility presentable for visitors and staff alike. Window & Glass Maintenance: Regularly clean and polish facility windows, glass doors, and display glass to remove smudges, dust, and fingerprints for a sharp, professional storefront appearance. Operational Follow-Through: Execute daily closing and opening routines precisely, following standard operating procedures without needing constant supervision. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Assist in all warehouse duties. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Proven experience as a delivery driver is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record . Ability to lift and move heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with moving heavy, awkward items safely . Attention to detail. You notice when things are out of place and fix them without being asked. You follow step-by-step operational procedures precisely. Reliable. Must show up to work on time, every time, ready to work. Consistent attendance is non-negotiable. Hardworking, and team-oriented. Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy. Hours include weekends and holidays.
