Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment to ensure accuracy and safety. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment by accurately selecting items using order pickers and RF scanners. Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, updating inventory management software, and conducting regular stock counts. Load outbound shipments onto trucks efficiently while adhering to shipping & receiving protocols and trade compliance standards. Maintain accurate data entry records in warehouse management system (WMS). Support warehouse operations by participating in cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics and order fulfillment processes. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently. Ability to perform data entry accurately and quickly in various warehouse software platforms. Good understanding of warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, load & unload procedures. Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
