Warehouse Worker-Day Shift

The Warehouse Receiver is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting inbound products while maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment.

Pay rate:$$22/hr-$22.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Follow Bunzl standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and operational best practices.
• Complete cycle counts, activity walks, and empty-bin walks daily.
• Meet Bunzl Standard KPI Goals. 
• Receive and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and documentation. Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation.
• Safely unload materials using appropriate warehouse equipment. Label, sort, and stage materials in designated locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
• Support other warehouse functions as required.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse and forklift operation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25kg to 55+ lbs. and perform repeated physical tasks.
• Ability to work at heights up to 26 feet (training provided).
• Ability to work safely in accordance with company safety policies and applicable occupational health and safety legislation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• RF scanner experience is an asset.
