Position 1: Warehouse Associate
If you enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity could be a great fit.
Responsibilities
• Retrieve, organize, and store records and materials.
• Process incoming and outgoing orders.
• Load and unload boxes and pallets.
• Operate handheld scanners and inventory systems.
• Use pallet jacks and hand carts safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately track inventory and storage locations.
Physical Requirements
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull boxes throughout the shift.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs when required.
• Ability to work on concrete floors and in warehouse storage areas.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at various storage heights.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day.
Position 2: Data Entry Associate
If you are detail-oriented and comfortable using a computer, this role may be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities
• Review documents and records.
• Enter information accurately into a computerized database.
• Verify data and maintain quality standards.
• Organize and return files to storage locations.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
Physical Requirements
• Seated work for most of the day.
• Regular lifting and carrying of boxes weighing 30-50 lbs.
• Moving document boxes between storage areas and workstations.
• Ability to maintain focus during repetitive computer work.
Requirements
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and work safely.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
Safety Requirements
CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots are required for all employees.
