Warehouse Worker

Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent, responsible, and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team at Hometown Industries. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of our warehouse by performing tasks including but not limited to picking, packing, and shipping orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the work space. Key Responsibilities: Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from storage locations and prepare them for shipment, ensuring that all items are packed securely and labeled accurately. Shipping and Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring that all items are properly accounted for and documented. Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory checks, maintain accurate records of inventory levels, and assist in conducting physical inventory counts. General Maintenance: Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and organized, and assist in the regular maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, and ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
