Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately. Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking, stock counting, and organizing products within the warehouse. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other tools. Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Ensure proper packaging of products for shipping while maintaining quality standards and trade compliance with international trade regulations. Maintain accurate data entry for shipping & receiving logs, inventory records, and order documentation. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely dispatches and deliveries. Follow warehouse operations procedures to optimize workflow efficiency and uphold safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes. Knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, picking & packing, load & unload procedures. Good understanding of trade compliance standards related to international trade regulations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
