Warehouse Worker

Overview As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll keep products moving accurately and efficiently through warehouse operations. You’ll support inventory management, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment while helping deliver dependable service to customers and internal teams. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and shipment processing help customers receive the right orders on time. Duties Pick and pack orders; stock, package, load, and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts when qualified. Receive shipments, verify items, prepare outgoing orders, and support shipping logistics and warehouse distribution. Update inventory records through data entry and inventory management software, warehouse management systems, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) and material requirements planning (MRP) systems. Use Microsoft Office and, where applicable, AS400 to review order and inventory information. Follow warehouse procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations; respond to customer service needs professionally. Requirements Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, order picking, and picking and packing are helpful. Basic math skills and accurate data entry are needed to verify quantities and maintain records. Ability to safely handle products and use a forklift, pallet jack, or order picker as required; equipment qualifications may be preferred. Experience with a warehouse management system, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, AS400, and Microsoft Office is preferred. Knowledge of logistics, shipping logistics, warehouse distribution, and trade compliance is an asset.
