Responsibilities Assist with the loading and unloading of goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure safe handling of products. Perform order picking, packing, and staging to prepare shipments accurately and efficiently. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and manage data entry tasks. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain precise stock levels. Support shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with carriers for timely deliveries. Ensure compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards during shipping and receiving processes. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing supplies, and adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on warehouse operations, logistics planning, and customer service inquiries to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar ERP platforms) and Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment processes. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not mandatory. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packaging, and inventory control. Good communication skills for customer service support and team collaboration. Knowledge of trade compliance and international trade regulations is advantageous but not required.
