Warehouse Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated warehouse worker to join our team and help support our production and distribution goals. The ideal candidate is safety conscious, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Duties Work in both freezer (-10 degrees) and refrigerated (35 degrees) environments. Appropriate cold-weather gear and outerwear are provided. Unload incoming deliveries and inspect products for damage or discrepancies. Receive, scan, label, and accurately store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy. Support shipping and receiving, shipping logistics, and daily warehouse distribution while following applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Build stable, properly stacked pallets to ensure safe transportation and product integrity. Operate electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Apply basic math, customer service, and safe handling practices to resolve routine order or inventory questions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards. Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed. Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Assist in other departments as needed to support production, shipping, inventory, and operational requirements. Qualifications Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, stocking, packaging, and picking and packing are helpful. Familiarity with a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or ERP systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
