Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our distribution team. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery of goods to customers. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. The position requires the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle heavy materials. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment. Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment or delivery. Load and unload trucks and trailers safely, ensuring proper handling and securement of materials. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and other technology. Perform stock replenishment, organize warehouse storage, and maintain an efficient and accessible warehouse layout. Assist with shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and other inventory control activities. Verify orders and materials before shipment or delivery to ensure accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including those related to equipment operation and material handling. Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, drivers, customers, and other team members. Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping and receiving, or a related environment preferred. Experience with inventory management, order picking and packing, and shipping and receiving processes. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other material-handling equipment. Ability to safely lift and handle heavy materials. Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory technology. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to identify and report equipment issues. Proficiency with standard office software, email, and other workplace technology. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Strong commitment to workplace safety and dependable attendance. Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check . Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, standing, walking, bending, and operating warehouse equipment. Pay is based on experience. Prior experience in a warehouse distribution environment is highly desirable.
