Warehouse Worker

Overview Join our freezer warehouse team and keep products moving accurately from receiving through shipment. As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving and order fulfillment for distribution. Your impact: Accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping help customers receive the right products on time. Duties Receive, inspect, stock, and organize products; load and unload shipments using a pallet jack or forklift (reach truck) when necessary. Pick and pack orders with a reach truck, verify quantities, and prepare packaging for shipment. Enter shipment and inventory data in a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; experience with WMS systems and scanners is useful. Support shipping and receiving, warehouse distribution, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment. Requirements Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, stocking, picking and packing, and load-and-unload tasks are required. Ability to navigate warehouse systems and complete accurate data entry; experience with WMS systems is required. 2-3 years Forklift (reach truck) and pallet jack experience is required. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and clear communication are essential. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse and handle the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and moving packages as well as working in a room that is maintained at 0 degrees for an extended period of time.
