Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for various tasks related to order picking, shipping, and retrieval. Duties - Load and unload aircraft parts from warehouses both onsite and remote - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards and company policies - Participate in shipping, including preparing packages for shipment and verifying the accuracy of the parts -Participate in possible cleaning of aircraft parts, warehouse rows, and warehouse yard - Collaborate with other warehouse staff members to achieve team goals - Assist in inventory retrieval, including withstanding temperatures to obtain parts from onsite and remote locations -Participate in learning new things to help achieve overall goals -Lifting at least 50 lbs at any given time -Corresponding with others, as well as management in a timely, effective, and respectful manner -Research a variety of different parts in warehouse, possible locations of machinery mechanics, tools used for onsite work, exc. Warehouse Carpenter / Packaging Specialist or Crate Assembler We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with strong woodworking or carpentry skills. In this role, you will build custom wooden crates, repair wooden pallets/containers, and handle general warehouse material handling. Responsibilities: Build custom timber crates, skids, and frames to specs using chop saws, circular saws, and pneumatic nail/staple guns. Inspect, disassemble, and repair damaged wooden shipping containers and pallets. Safely operate woodworking machinery and basic power/hand tools. Perform standard warehouse operations (loading, unloading, inventory staging). Tool & Technical Requirements Required: 1+ years of experience in framing, rough carpentry, or custom wooden crate building. Required: Proficiency with pneumatic nail guns, miter saws, drills, and measuring tapes. Required: Ability to read basic assembly diagrams or dimension sheets.
