Responsibilities Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing processes. Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock movements and update records. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain inventory accuracy and support inventory management efforts. Prepare shipping documentation, coordinate shipping logistics, and ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving standards. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing supplies, and ensuring safety standards are met at all times. Skills Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment processes. Skilled in using warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and effectively. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Basic math skills for counting inventory, calculating quantities, and verifying shipments. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, load & unload shipments, stocking shelves, and packing orders efficiently.
