• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and product accuracy, and record receipts in the appropriate systems or documentation.
• Load and unload trucks and pallets using sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.
• Move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse to maintain an orderly and accessible inventory layout.
• Inspect products and packaging for visible damage and report discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established warehouse processes for order selection, shipping, and receiving to maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, including aisles, docks, and storage locations.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and best practices, including proper use of equipment and personal protective gear.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and resolve issues as they arise.
• Complete required documentation and basic record-keeping related to orders, shipments, and inventory movements.
Essential Skills
• Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse experience in order selection, shipping, and receiving.
• At least 2 years of experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Proven ability to perform accurate picking and order selecting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in receiving processes, including verifying shipments and documenting incoming goods.
• Demonstrated history of good tenure and reliable, consistent work performance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in handling orders and inventory.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines in warehouse operations.
• Capability to work effectively within a team-oriented warehouse environment.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasanton, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
