Warehouse Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse. Perform order picking and packing according to customer specifications. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts safely and efficiently. Palletize and shrink wrap drums, bags, and jerricans to pallets. Loading Semi-trucks and other vehicles with customer orders. Light warehouse and building maintenance and cleaning required. Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used to prevent injury. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain an organized workspace. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred. Experience with heavy equipment operation is a must. Must be Forklift certified. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 55 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Knowledge of materials handling best practices is beneficial. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
