Warehouse Worker

Join a small, growing chemical business. Help turn research into repeatable production through hands-on pilot batches, careful records, and close teamwork. Your role: Weigh and prepare raw materials; follow approved batch instructions. Operate mixers, mills, extruders, and related equipment after training. Monitor temperature, mixing, and processing conditions; record results. Collect samples and work with R&D and quality staff to evaluate batches. Package and label products; track materials and finished batches. Clean equipment and work areas; report equipment or process problems. Follow safety procedures, use required PPE, and stop work when unsafe. Qualifications: Ownership: Complete assigned work and keep accurate batch records. Teamwork: Coordinate with research, quality, and production teammates. Follow-through: Finish tasks and report delays or deviations promptly. Practical skills: Use basic tools, measurements, and calculations. Initiative: Learn processes and suggest improvements. Safety: Follow instructions and handle chemicals and equipment carefully. Manufacturing, chemical processing, or mechanical experience preferred. Must be comfortable standing, moving materials, and working around industrial equipment. Training provided on company processes.
