Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and organize inventory using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks to optimize warehouse distribution. Inventory control, order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes. Manage stock levels through inventory management practices, including stocking, order fulfillment, and cycle counts to ensure optimal warehouse operations. Prepare products for shipment by packaging items securely and accurately following order specifications. Drive delivery vehicles to transport goods to various locations while adhering to safety protocols outlined by OSHA standards. Assist with materials handling tasks involving heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety guidelines and conducting routine inspections of equipment like forklifts and heavy machinery. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate shipping & receiving activities and support manufacturing or construction-related logistics when needed. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related roles with a focus on warehouse experience. Certification or proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, or order pickers. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of materials handling equipment and safety standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during stock picking & packing tasks. Excellent organizational skills with experience in shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes. Prior warehouse experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team.
