Warehouse Worker Bakken Supply | Dickinson, ND | Full time | $18 to $25 per hour About Bakken Supply Bakken Supply is a Dickinson based distributor of production oilfield parts and supplies, including wellheads, artificial lift equipment, rod pumps, valves, fittings, and safety gear. Through vendor managed inventory, we keep the parts operators need stocked and ready across the Bakken. We are a hands-on team that takes pride in getting the right part to the right place on time. About the role As a Warehouse Worker, you will keep our warehouse and yard running: receiving and stocking parts, filling customer orders, making local deliveries, and occasionally heading out to customer field sites to help with inventory. What you will do Receive incoming shipments and check part numbers and quantities against packing lists Put away, organize, and retrieve stock in the warehouse, racks, and outdoor yard Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training and certification provided) Make in town deliveries and pickups in a company vehicle Travel to customer field sites to count inventory and set up Conex boxes and trailers Help with cycle counts and physical inventories Keep the warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE What you need At least 18 years old (required to operate forklifts and lifts) A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets our company driver standards Ability to read and communicate in English well enough to follow safety instructions, read labels and pick tickets, and communicate with coworkers and customers about orders Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals, for counts and measurements Ability to work beyond an 8-hour day and on weekends and holidays when needed Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand and walk for most of the shift, climb ladders, and work at heights up to 25 feet with fall protection, with or without reasonable accommodation Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all North Dakota weather Nice to have Warehouse, inventory, or parts experience, especially in oilfield or industrial supply Forklift experience First Aid/CPR, H2S, or defensive driving training (we provide required site safety training if you do not already have it) What we offer Pay of $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience Overtime paid at one and one-half times your regular rate for hours over 40 in a workweek Medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits are available to eligible full-time employees, subject to applicable plan eligibility requirements.
