Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to the overall success of our logistics and inventory management processes. This position requires a strong focus on accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols. Duties Utilize RF scanners for inventory control and management, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels. Perform picking and packing tasks with a keen attention to detail to ensure all packages are correctly prepared for shipment. Assist in maintaining an organized warehouse by stocking shelves and managing inventory effectively. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals while adhering to safety standards. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in the reconciliation of discrepancies as needed. Experience Previous experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory control systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
