Warehouse Worker — Military Outlet Join our dynamic team at Military Outlet as a Warehouse Worker! If you're passionate about exploring a diverse range of military surplus, have a keen eye for quality, and enjoy working in both indoor and outdoor environments, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on position where you'll help keep our inventory organized, process new and used military surplus, fulfill customer orders, and support the day-to-day operations of our Buy/Sell Store and warehouse. Here's what you'll be doing: Collaborating with team members and management to meet daily objectives and keep operations moving efficiently. Receiving, unloading, sorting, processing, cleaning, and organizing new and used military surplus. Inspecting merchandise for condition, quality, and completeness. Picking, packing, and preparing orders Receiving products and maintaining accurate inventory using our point-of-sale. Entering and maintaining accurate inventory, shipping, and order information. Stocking and replenishing merchandise throughout the warehouse and store. Loading and unloading trucks and trailers safely; experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus. Training may be available for the right candidate. Operating computers, basic software, and light machinery with precision. Performing basic math for inventory counts, pricing, and order processing. Following established safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and work area. Performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 100 lbs., standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders. Assisting with occasional exterior maintenance and other projects around the property. Communicating effectively with team members and management to resolve problems and complete special requests. Completing other duties as assigned. What we're looking for: Dependable, motivated, and willing to work as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things correctly. Ability to stay organized and productive without constant supervision. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems. Ability to learn inventory and point-of-sale procedures. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or retail experience is helpful but not required. Forklift experience or certification is a plus; training may be available. Microsoft Office or similar computer experience is a plus. Military, repair, sewing, or mechanical experience is a bonus! This is a physical, hands-on position. You should be comfortable working on your feet throughout the day and safely handling heavy or bulky items.
