Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment to ensure safe handling. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker tools, warehouse management software, and ERP systems to ensure accuracy. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and warehouse management systems. Load outbound shipments efficiently while verifying order accuracy against shipping documents to meet delivery deadlines. Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to uphold inventory integrity and support stock replenishment efforts. Assist with packaging products securely for shipping while adhering to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations when necessary. Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace aligned with safety protocols. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP modules is highly desirable. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure precise record keeping. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supporting customer service efforts related to order fulfillment. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform manual tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
