Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management software to ensure accuracy and completeness. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order pickers, pallet jacks, and packaging tools. Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP software; conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Organize warehouse space efficiently by stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and ensuring proper placement of goods for quick retrieval. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Assist in warehouse operations related to order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment at all times. Use Microsoft Office tools for reporting purposes and update inventory management software to track stock movements accurately. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms is advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory accurately and processing shipments effectively. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing procedures, and international trade regulations will support your success in this role. Strong data entry skills combined with attention to detail ensure precise recordkeeping and inventory control.
