Warehouse Worker

We are an established manufacturer and distributor seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Order Fulfillment Associate. This is an entry-level position involving daily order fulfillment, product packaging, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations. We are a small, hands-on company looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, works efficiently, and is willing to learn different aspects of our operation. No specialized manufacturing or warehouse experience is required. We are happy to train the right person. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online retail and wholesale orders for shipment. Verify products and quantities against customer orders and packing slips. Properly package products to ensure safe delivery. Prepare shipping boxes, labels, and outgoing shipments. Help organize and prioritize daily orders to meet shipping deadlines. Product Packaging & Assembly Assemble retail product packaging and boxes. Shrink-wrap and package finished products. Label, organize, and prepare products for inventory and shipment. Assist with light product assembly and packaging tasks as needed. Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the packaging process. Inventory & Warehouse Operations Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise and supplies. Stock shelves and replenish picking and packing areas. Assist with inventory counts and general inventory organization. Keep warehouse shelves, workstations, and storage areas clean and orderly. Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and consistently ready to work. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality. Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in different responsibilities. Positive attitude and ability to work well with a small team. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to approximately 40 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable performing repetitive packaging and warehouse tasks. Ability to safely move and organize merchandise and supplies.
