Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment. Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct shipping & receiving activities, ensuring all inbound and outbound shipments comply with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards. Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, packaging, and inventory control procedures to optimize warehouse distribution. Utilize data entry skills to update ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400 or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software for seamless operations. Support warehouse operations by assisting with order fulfillment, inventory audits, and trade compliance checks to meet international trade regulations. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations and logistics processes. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, inventory management software, Microsoft Office applications, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation accurately. Valid certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification upon hire. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; experience with RF scanners and warehouse equipment like pallet jacks is preferred. Excellent customer service attitude when interacting with team members or external partners involved in shipping & receiving activities.
