Our fulfillment team makes sure every order ships accurately, safely, and on time. Safety is the first thing we talk about every day. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments of packaged chemicals, including drums, totes, pails, and bagged materials Pick, pack, label, and stage orders according to customer specifications and DOT/hazmat requirements Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and drum-handling equipment safely Follow chemical segregation and storage rules, keeping incompatible materials properly separated Read and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS), GHS labels, and company safety procedures Wear required PPE and help keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready Respond to minor spills using approved procedures and report any safety concerns right away Maintain accurate inventory records in our [WMS/ERP system] and take part in cycle counts Load and unload trucks and verify shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and hazmat shipping papers Mixing & Repackaging Blend and mix products according to batch tickets, formulas, and work instructions, measuring and weighing ingredients accurately Repackage bulk materials from drums, totes, and tanks into smaller containers such as pails, jugs, and bottles Operate mixing and transfer equipment, including pumps, agitators, scales, and filling stations Bond and ground containers when transferring flammable liquids Label repackaged products with correct GHS labels, lot numbers, and product information Record batch data, weights, and lot traceability details accurately for quality control Take product samples for QC testing when required and follow hold/release procedures Clean and maintain mixing equipment and work areas between batches to prevent cross-contamination Work in ventilated areas and use the required PPE, such as chemical-resistant gloves, aprons, face shields, and respirators What We're Looking For At least 1 year of warehouse experience (chemical, industrial, or regulated product experience preferred) Forklift certification, or willingness to be certified on-site Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet for a full shift Attention to detail. Accuracy matters in labeling, order picking, and batching. Comfort wearing PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and respirators when required Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory entry High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications DOT Hazmat (49 CFR) training OSHA HAZWOPER or HazCom training Experience with drum and tote handling Experience with chemical blending, batching, or repackaging Familiarity with lot tracking and batch record documentation Experience in an ISO 9001 or similarly quality-certified environment Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting transfer pumps and air compressors, such as diagnosing loss of pressure, clogs, leaking seals, and fittings Experience setting up, operating, and adjusting labeling machines and related packaging equipment Ability to troubleshoot label and barcode printers, including ribbon and media changes, alignment issues, and print quality problems Staying calm and thinking on your feet under pressure, whether that means rush orders, equipment issues, or shifting priorities A valid driver's license What We Offer $16–$20/hour, with pay increases as you earn certifications like forklift and DOT hazmat training A benefits package that will expand as we grow, giving early team members the chance to grow with the company from the ground up Paid safety training and certifications (hazmat, forklift, and more) [Room to grow into lead, inventory control, blending, or shipping coordinator roles] Physical Requirements & Work Environment This role is in a warehouse and blending area that may not be climate-controlled and involves …
