Duties Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure timely delivery. Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols. Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory management software, and ensuring proper stocking procedures. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400, and MRP software to track inventory movement and maintain data entry accuracy. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, verifying shipping labels, and coordinating with shipping logistics teams for timely dispatch. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and safety standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by assisting with order picking & packing, order fulfillment processes, and supporting international trade compliance when necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly desirable. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or RF scanners is preferred; training provided if needed. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure accuracy in shipping & receiving records. Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing procedures, and trade compliance regulations enhances your fit for this role.
