Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and condition. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picking tools and inventory management software. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms. Assist in stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse space for optimal workflow. Support shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, completing shipping & receiving documentation, and coordinating with carriers. Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies related to international trade and trade compliance standards. Contribute to overall warehouse operations by participating in cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation. Experience with order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, shipping logistics, and order processing in e-commerce environments. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely following safety protocols. Strong basic math skills for counting stock, measuring packages, and verifying shipment quantities accurately. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping of inventory movements. Knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking procedures, load & unload activities, and warehouse distribution strategies. Customer service orientation to support internal teams or external partners effectively while maintaining professionalism.
