Warehouse Worker

Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage stock movements. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks. Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Manage shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Maintain organized storage areas through proper stocking techniques, packaging, and labeling to facilitate quick retrievals. Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment documentation while providing excellent customer service support when needed. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and logistics operations. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes. Ability to perform data entry with high accuracy in fast-paced environments. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in stocking, packaging, and order picking tasks.
