Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks to ensure timely shipment. Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain organized stock areas by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and conducting regular stock counts. Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, verifying shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers for pickup schedules. Support warehouse distribution activities by managing inbound shipments, processing returns, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Utilize data entry skills to update order statuses, inventory levels, and shipment details in ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations, uphold safety standards, and improve overall efficiency. Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counting and order processing. Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and stock management tasks. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with understanding of international trade regulations is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods during shifts.
