In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us meet customer demands and maintain high standards of warehouse operations. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other tools to ensure timely shipment. Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts and other handling equipment. Maintain organized stock levels through stocking, inventory management, and regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely in compliance with shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations. Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping schedules, manage international trade regulations when applicable, and ensure timely delivery. Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates with accuracy and attention to detail. Support warehouse distribution activities by assisting with order fulfillment, inventory audits, and warehouse operations optimization. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or in logistics is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, stocking, picking & packing, and order fulfillment. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (such as ERP systems or AS400) and inventory management software. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous; certification is a plus. Strong data entry skills combined with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools for reporting purposes. Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
