Warehouse Worker

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Production & Warehouse Assistant to support our day-to-day production and shipping operations. This hands-on position will assist with baking, product preparation, picking and packing orders, shipping, inventory organization, and general warehouse duties . The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working on their feet, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse, food production, baking, or shipping experience is helpful but not required. Responsibilities Assist with daily baking and food production according to established recipes and procedures Prepare, portion, package, label, and organize finished products Pick products accurately according to customer and shipping orders Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment Print shipping labels and assist with shipping and receiving Load and unload products, supplies, and materials as needed Maintain organized inventory and storage areas Help with counting and restocking inventory Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Clean and maintain production and warehouse work areas Inspect products for quality and proper packaging Assist with other production and warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Able to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and accuracy Able to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday Able to lift and move boxes and supplies as required Previous experience in baking, food production, warehouse work, fulfillment, or shipping is a plus Must be willing to learn and follow food safety and sanitation procedures What We’re Looking For We want someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, works well with others, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed. This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities, so flexibility and a positive attitude are important.
