Duties Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, locate items, and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment by utilizing order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and forklift trucks when necessary Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance standards Conduct data entry for shipping logs, delivery documentation, and inventory updates using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and operational efficiency Provide excellent customer service by addressing order inquiries and assisting with international trade regulations when needed Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, Microsoft Office applications, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP tools Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing Valid certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain one; experience with pallet jacks is highly desirable Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and logistics practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts Join us as a Warehouse Worker where your dedication fuels our success!
