Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory efficiently Use inventory management software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to track stock levels, update records, and ensure data accuracy Perform order picking, packing, and shipping logistics to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time Manage inbound shipments by inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and organizing stock placement Conduct regular stock counts and inventory management activities to maintain optimal stock levels Ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving procedures for domestic and international shipments Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and adhering to safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office tools Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order quantities Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklift equipment; additional certifications such as trade compliance or MRP systems are advantageous Strong data entry skills combined with excellent customer service orientation to support internal teams and external partners Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, and international trade regulations is a plus Physical ability to load & unload shipments regularly; comfortable standing, walking, lifting heavy items, and working in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your skills in logistics and warehouse management will make a real impact!
