Responsibilities
• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently to transport parts and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick customer orders accurately using pick sheets, scanners, or warehouse systems for both external shipments and internal production needs.
• Pack parts and materials for shipment while maintaining quality standards and ensuring items are properly labeled and protected.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, preventing product damage and ensuring materials are handled correctly.
• Move inventory between receiving, storage, staging, and shipping locations to support smooth material flow.
• Organize inventory and ensure materials are stored in proper, clearly identified locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and contribute to overall warehouse organization.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory activities, including staging orders and verifying materials as needed.
• Perform warehouse housekeeping duties and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Follow all forklift and warehouse safety procedures consistently and report any safety concerns promptly.
• Assist team members with general warehouse operations during slower periods and stay productive by helping where needed.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet daily operational goals in a fast-paced but organized environment.
Essential Skills
• Current forklift certification required.
• Previous stand-up forklift experience preferred, with the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience in loading, unloading, and material handling in a warehouse environment.
• Experience supporting shipping and receiving functions, including moving inventory between key warehouse locations.
• Ability to pick and pack orders accurately while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following all forklift and warehouse safety procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience using pick sheets, scanners, or warehouse systems to process orders.
• Background working in an indoor warehouse setting supporting heavy equipment and parts operations.
• Ability to adapt to a mix of forklift operation and hands-on warehouse work.

Work Environment
This role is based in an indoor warehouse setting that supports heavy equipment and parts operations. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and no regular overtime expected. The e
